Information about size and pricing is available for each individual home. You can choose whether you want to purchase the log and mill materials to build the house yourself; have our professional construction team build your home to the "dry-in" stage; or have Wood House Construction complete the entire project for you.

Turn-key:
Turn-key prices are based on costs experienced in the Knoxville, TN area and assume a relatively level lot with a crawl space, a well and septic system, and moderately priced fixtures, appliances,  architectural shadow line shingles, R-38 roof insulation in most areas and 1x6 Arkansas pine flooring for the first floor (excludes bathrooms and utility areas), etc.  Although we are offering this pricing guideline, turn-key projects outside the East Tennessee area will vary in price.
Optional items: Include hand-hewing, rough sawn timbers, exposed heavy timber roof rafters with R20-49 panels and tongue and groove decking, all wood exterior doors, cedar logs/siding, stair sets, spiral stairs, exterior railings and stairs, and additional construction services.
Optional Log or Timber Frame Styles: include 8x8 D Log, 6x12 Log on Log with or without chink joint, 6x14 Natural Chink Joint Hand Hewn with top & bottom edge chamfer for an Antique Rustic profile, 8-9-10 or 12" Swedish Cope (Smooth or Hand Peeled) Log, Timber Frame available in Doug Fir or White Pine features Mortise & Tenon Joinery and SIP panel wall and roof insulation system.
